The bill (Reg. No.5092) excludes item 5 of clause 2 from the effective Law, which states that the National Production Agrarian Association "Massandra" performs autonomous sale of its production and has no right to transfer its functions to any other institution.
The People´s Deputies also deem necessary to exclude item 6 from this Law regarding the the fact that trademark, production technologies, list of items produced by the National Production Agrarian Association "Massandra" belong exclusively to NPAA "Massandra" and shall not be transferred to any other institution.
The Committee members also called for extending the ban on exclusion (redemption), and change of purpose of the land in permanent use of NPAA "Massandra" and enterprises in their ownership on the land of perennial plantations and tillage, as well as on the temporary abandoned land areas in the state of irrigation facilities and sanitary zones.
The document supplements the list of lands of special significance, defined by part 1 of clause 150 of the effective Land Code of Ukraine with the phrase ‘lands in the permanent use of NPAA "Massandra and enterprises in their ownership on the land of perennial plantations and tillage, and also on the temporary abandoned land, areas in the state of irrigation facilities and sanitary zones."
